Funeral for John K. Anders, 89, of Falkville was Tuesday, July 17, at 11 a.m. at Peck Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Dan Tomlinson officiating.
Burial was in Hartselle Memory Gardens.
Mr. Anders died Sunday, July 15, 2007, at his residence. He was born Feb. 8, 1918, in Morgan County to Dave Anders and Eva Brown Anders.
He was a veteran of World War II and a member of the Lions Club. He was preceded in death by his wife, Mabel Hampton Anders.
He is survived by a nephew, James Hayes of Hartselle; two great-nieces, Terri Hayes of Falkville and Sherri Hayes of Hartselle; and a great nephew, Mike Hayes of Hartselle.
Pallbearers were friends and family.
