Funeral for Patricia Ann Bruton-West, 56, of Somerville will be Wed., Oct. 5, at 1 p.m. at Peck Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Conley Ransom officiating.

Visitation will be Wed., Oct. 5, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the funeral home

Burial will be in New Center Cemetery.

Ms. Bruton-West died Sun., Oct. 2, 2011, at Decatur General Hospital. She was born Jan.  8, 1955, in Pontiac, Mich., to Thomas Oscar Marsh and Mary Ellen Wilson Hill. She was preceded in death by her father.

She is survived by her husband, Bobby West of Somerville; a son, Justin Elbert Eugene West of Somerville; five daughters, Tammy Lynette Graham of Birmingham, Susan Valerie Marsh of Huntsville, Mary Elizabeth Bruton and Melinda Ellen Williams, both of Hartselle and Belinda Doris Williams of Somerville; her mother, Mary Hitt of Huntsville; a stepson, Daniel Lee West of Hartselle; a stepdaughter, Laura Michelle West of Somerville; a brother, John Thomas Marsh of Huntsville; two sisters, Lola Catherine Johnson of Huntsville ad Mary Helen Whitmer of Atlanta, Ga.; and 15 grandchildren.

Pallbearers were family members and friends.
