Funeral for Shirley 'Jake' Larkin Quattlebaum, 69, of Cincinnati, Ohio, formerly of Falkville, was Wednesday, Nov. 19, at 1 p.m. at Schneider Funeral Home of Mt. Healthy, Ohio.
Burial was in Spring Grove Cemetery at Mt. Healthy.
Mr. Quattlebaum died Sunday, Nov. 16, 2003.
He is survived by two sons, Shirley Quattlebaum and Brian Quattlebaum, both of Ohio; one daughter, Kimber Quattlebaum of Ohio; two brothers, Hershel S. Quattlebaum of Smyrna, Tenn, and John Quattlebaum of Eight Mile; three daughters, Wilma Q. Looney, of Falkville, Virginia Harber of Miamisburg, Ohio and Janice Lickliter of Cincinnati, Ohio; and two grandchildren.
