A graveside service for Billie Rhoden McClanahan, 92, of Hartselle was Monday, Aug. 4, at 10 a.m. at Hartselle City Cemetery with Peck Funeral Home directing.
Mrs. McClanahan died Friday, Aug. 1, 2003, at Madison Manor Nursing and Rehab Center. She was born Nov. 29, 1910, in Lawrence County.
She was a lifetime resident of Hartselle and owned and operated Billie's Beauty Shop for more than 40 years.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Harold A. McClanahan Sr. and a son, Harold A. McClanahan Jr.
She is survived by her son, Jack McClanahan of Huntsville; four grandchildren; and seven great grandchildren.
