Morgan County Commission Chairman Ray Long and commissioners will highlight the past year while looking ahead to what’s on the horizon for the county Feb. 22 in Decatur-Morgan County Chamber of Commerce’s annual State of the County breakfast.

Long and the commissioners plan to discuss the county’s progress in economic development, financial sustainability and their vision for the coming year.
