June 19, officers arrested Joshua David Lindley of Falkville and Winston Santana Dean Whitworth of Moulton, both 21, for possession of a controlled substance. Both suspects were transported to the Morgan County Jail and given a $1,000 bond.

The arrest was the result of a traffic stop after the driver failed to stop at a stop sign. When law enforcement approached the vehicle, drug paraphernalia and marijuana could be seen.

Upon further investigation, officers found the suspects to be in possession of a combined amount of nearly10 grams of methamphetamine.
