The Brewer Lady Patriots dropped two games at the Guntersville Early Bird Classic to open the 2021-22 season. 

In the first game, Brewer fell 29-23 to 6A Jasper.  Chloe Romine led the Lady Patriots with seven points. Caroline Alexander added five points.  Hallie Harrell had a game-high 13 points to lead the Lady Vikings. 

In game two, the Lady Patriots got off to a slow start in their 46-12 loss to Pleasant Grove. The Lady Spartans jumped out to a 15-1 first-quarter lead and extended it to 29-1 by halftime.  Bailey Hale led Brewer with three points.  Kennedi McCravy finished with a game-high 11 points to lead Pleasant Grove.
