Hartselle names Chad Gladden new head coach for junior high football

Chad Gladden was recently named the new head coach for the Hartselle Junior High School football program.

Gladden has more than 20 years of varsity coaching experience. Most of that time has been spent with the Hartselle Tigers as their offensive line coach.

“He brings a championship pedigree both as a coach and player,” said Bryan Moore. “He will bring a great deal of toughness and character to the Hartselle Junior High football program.”

Gladden, who also coaches the boys and girls golf teams at Hartselle High School, said he is excited about this new opportunity.

“On top of being a great coach, Gladden is a model father and husband. The Gladden family has been a staple in the Hartselle community for many years,” Moore added. “My family is very close with the Gladden family, and I am personally thankful for all they have done for us.”
