AHSAA announces alignments for spring sports

MONTGOMERY – The Alabama High School Athletic Association  (AHSAA) has announced the alignments for spring sports for the 2020-21 and 2021-22 seasons.

Sports alignments for the next classification period are for baseball, softball, boys’ and girls’ soccer, boys’ and girls’ outdoor track, boys’ and girls’ tennis, and boys’ and girls’ golf.

Local notable changes include Falkville moving from 1A to 2A while Danville drops from 4A to 3A.
