PRICEVILLE – The Bulldogs claimed victory number two over Morgan County rival West Morgan 46-12 on the road on Friday night.

Head Coach Jason Simmons said he was very proud of his team’s performance.

“It was a great team win for us last night,” Simmons said. “Our defense did a great job of holding them at crucial times in the game. Offensively, we sustained and finished drives-which has been something we have struggled at throughout the year.”

Leaders of the game included Brock Payne and Jerry Burton. Payne finished with 14 carries for 180 yards and two touchdowns and Burton managed 25 carries for 201 yards and three touchdowns.

On passing, Payne was 2/4 through the air for 36 yards and a touchdown. Ethain White had the single touchdown reception for 24 yards.

Other rushers of the night were Jaxon Graham with nine carries for 36 yards, Wyatt Hurt with one carry for 21 yards and a touchdown, Tucker Hayes and Jaxxon Cross each had one carry.
Priceville (2-7) will travel to Brewer on Thursday night for their last regular season game.
