Dec. 7
Hartselle Parks and Recreation will host "Breakfast with Santa" on Saturday, Dec. 7 at 9 a.m. at Sparkman Civic Center. Register by Dec. 5-only the first 75 children will be accepted. Event cost is $1 and snapshots with Santa will be $2. For more information, call 773-2581.
Dec. 7
Danville Middle School will hold the Miss Merry Christmas Pageant Saturday, Dec. 7 at 6 p.m. in the old gym. For more information, call 773-7723.
Dec. 7
The Women's Guild of the Huntsville Museum of Art will present "Scenes of the Holidays: Yuletides Past" in the Huth Gallery of the Museum Saturday, Dec. 7 from 1-5 p.m. Enjoy art, live musical entertainment, refreshments, and a visit from Santa. The event will continue through Dec. 31 during regular museum hours. Admission is free. For more information, call 256-533-4350.
Dec. 12
The Hartselle Newcomer's Club will hold its annual "Dirty Santa" gift exchange on Dec. 12 at 10:30 at the Depot. Lunch will take place at noon at the Red House Grill. Dec. 13
The American Red Cross will hold a blood drive Friday, Dec. 13 at 1-6:30 p.m. at Falkville City Hall. For more information, call 353-4891.
Dec. 14
The Women's guild of the Huntsville Museum of Art will participate in the annual "Spirit of Christmas Past" home tour sponsored by the Twickingham Historic Preservation District Association, Dec. 14 from 6-9 p.m.
A trolley will transport visitors to the home tour and to the museum where they will be treated to wassail and Christmas cookies. The event will continue through Dec. 31 during regular museum hours. Admission is free. For more information, call 256-533-4350.
Dec. 14
The Priceville Christmas Tour of Homes will be held Saturday, Dec. 14 starting at 3 p.m. The tour features refreshments, choral and hand bell concerts, and a silent auction. Tickets are $5. For more information, call 355-5476.

The American Red Cross will hold a blood drive Thursday, Dec. 19 at 9 a.m.-2:30 p.m. at SouthTrust Bank, 611 Chestnut Street, Hartselle.

Dec. 24
Hartselle Parks and Recreation will host "Sitting with Santa" at Sparkman Civic Center on Saturday, Dec. 14 from 6-10 p.m. Mom and Dad can take this opportunity to finish Christmas errands and leave the kid age 5-8 with us. Santa will serve snacks, tell a story, listen to wish lists, and show a holiday film.
There is a $10 fee and only 50 children will be accepted. Register by Dec. 11 to reserve your spot. For more information, call 773-2581.
