Garber, Campbell to wed
Mr. and Mrs. James Craig Garber of Hartselle announce the engagement of their daughter, Jenna Catherine, to William Garrett Campbell, son of Mr. and Mrs. William Robert Campbell of Trussville.
The future bride is a 2008 graduate of the University of Montevallo with a master’s degree in elementary education. The future groom is a 2005 graduate of the University of Montevallo with a degree in marketing and is a sales representative in Birmingham.
The couple will be married July 12 at Huffman United Methodist Church in Birmingham in the evening. The reception will be held at Pine Tree Country Club. After a honeymoon trip to Maui, the couple will reside in Bessemer.
Rucks, Hood to wed
Mike and Jan Rucks of Guntersville announce the engagement of their daughter, Maryann Margaret Rucks, to Lance Corporal Brian Ashley Hood, son of Anthony and Judy Hood of Hartselle.
The future bride is the granddaughter of the late Arnold and Margaret Rucks and the late Leonard and Mary Naomi Adams. She graduated from Guntersville High School in 2000 and attended Wallace State Community College. She attended Auburn University, where she received a bachelors and a masters degree in early childhood and special education. She is currently employed with the Madison County School system.
The future groom is the grandson of Pernie Hood of Trinity, the late James Lee Hood, the late Ruth Cobb and the late Buell Cobb. He graduated from Hartselle High School in 1999. He attended Wallace State Community College where he received an associates degree in liberal arts. He is currently serving in the United States Marine Corps. He is stationed at MCAS Cherry Point, North Carolina.
The wedding is planned for July 12, 2008 at Lake Guntersville State Park Lodge.
Chappell, Bussey to wed
Mr. And Mrs. Donnie Chappell of Falkville announce the engagement of their daughter, Amanda Michelle Chappell, to Micaiah Josiah Bussey, son of Mr. and Mrs. Lyle Bussey of Hartselle.
The future bride is the granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. Ronnie Chappell of Falkville and Don and Pat Armes of Decatur. She is a senior at Hope Christian School and is employed by Chappell’s Family Karate &Jujitsu.
The future groom is the grandson of Arvine Bussey of Arizona.
He is a graduate of Bible Believers School and is self-employed with Turfs R Us.
The wedding is planned for Sept. 13, 2008, at 2 p.m. at Priceville Baptist Church.
