Griffin Mobility a caring business

Dear Editor,

My wife and I want to express a very special thank you to Aaron and the staff at Griffin Mobility located here in Hartselle.

The seat on my wife’s lift chair had broken just before Christmas. The company from which we purchased the chair is located in Pennsylvania, and they contracted with Griffin Mobility to perform the repairs. After several delays in receiving the necessary parts, they arrived at Griffin Mobility on Mon., Jan 19.

Aaron of Griffin Mobility called and said the parts were in, and he would come get the chair and take it to their location, which would make it easier for him to perform the repairs. My wife told him that she uses the chair day and night because she cannot lie down or sit on a regular chair because of her disability.

In less than three hours, Aaron had picked up the chair, took it to Griffin Mobility, made the repairs and returned the chair to our home. My wife and I were thrilled with the courtesy and expeditious manner in which Aaron and the staff took care of this repair.

We really appreciated Aaron’s concern for my wife and highly recommend Griffin Mobility for any needs relating to the physically challenged. It is good to have such a caring business in our community.
