Funeral for Shana Mosavi, 22, of Shelbyville, Tenn., will be Thur., July 18, at 1 p.m. at Peck Funeral Home Chapel with Bill Pack officiating and Peck Funeral Home directing.

Burial will be in Cook Cemetery. Visitation will be Thur., July 18, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the funeral home.

Miss Mosavi died Tues., July 16, 2013, at Vanderbilt University Medical Center. She was born Nov. 7, 1990, in Madison County to Seyed J. Mosavi and Donna Jones Pack. She was preceded in death by two cousins, Jessica White and Christy Jones.

She is survived by her parents, Seyed J. Mosavi and Donna Jones Pack; a brother, Shaheen Mosavi; and two sisters, Mary Mosavi and Madison Pac.
