Funeral for Annie Ruth Atkins, 87, of Falkville will be Mon., July 8, at 1 p.m. at Peck Funeral Home Chapel with the Revs. Gary Peebles and Travis Taylor officiating and Peck Funeral Home directing.

Burial will be in Bethel Baptist Cemetery. Visitation will be Mon., July 8, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the funeral home.

Mrs. Atkins died Fri., July 5, 2013, at Summerford Nursing Home. She was born Sun., March 7, 1926, in Morgan County to Dick Crow and Naomi Peebles Crow. She was preceded in death by her husband, Edward Atkins; two sons, Edward Allen and Darrel Wayne Atkins; and a daughter, Martha Widner of Massey.

She is survived by two sons, Eddie Atkins of Foley and David Atkins of Cullman; two daughters, Mary Ann Taylor of Somerville and Tommie Clark of Danville; 13 grandchildren; and 21 great grandchildren.

Pallbearers will be grandsons.
