Mt. Zion Baptist Church will have a yard sale April 9th from 8:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. at the old church building located on Mt. Zion Rd. in Falkville.
To register for free computer classes for people 55 years old and older contact Jan at 256-355-4515. These classes will be held at the Falkville Public Library.
Tina Rodgers has filled a vacancy on the Falkville Library Board. Mrs. Rodgers replaced Vernon Ayre who passed away recently.
Other board members are Rhonda Summerford, Kay Farrer, Jane Hill and Pamela McDonald.
Don Dougherty and his son, Keith Dougherty, celebrated their birthdays with a family dinner at the home of Keith March 5.
