Eva man, juveniles accused of stealing car parts

A 19-year-old man and three juveniles, all from Eva, have been charged with stealing car parts from a barn on Big Pond Road on Jan. 8.

Morgan County Sheriff’s deputies arrested 19-year-old Daniel Walton of Bates Road in Eva and three juveniles of Eva on Jan. 13.
Sheriff Ana Franklin said in a press release that the stolen parts were located by patrol officers, who then alerted the investigators.
Walton was charged with burglary third and had a $2,500.00 bond. The three juveniles were also charged with burglary. Those cases are being prosecuted through juvenile court.
