Funeral for Dorris Ann Meadows, 67, of Prattville was Wednesday, March 10, at 1 p.m. from the Chapel of Prattville Memorial with the Rev. Danny Pelfrey officiating.
Burial was in Prattville Memory Gardens with Prattville Memorial Chapel directing.
Mrs. Meadows died Sunday, March 7, 2004, at her residence. She was born in Morgan County to Ira "Buddy" Puckett and Arvilla "Bill" Engle Puckett. She was retired from the Finance Department of the State of Alabama after 25 years of service. She was a member of the First Christian Church in Prattville. Mrs. Meadows was the mother of the late Debbie Ann McCray.
She is survived by her husband of 48 years, Henry "Hank" Meadows; three daughters, Lisa Morrow, Sheila Culpepper and Nancy Downs; two sisters, Gayle Lee and Hilda Turney; four brothers, Lamar Puckett, Ray Puckett, Joe Puckett, and Freddie Puckett; 11 grandchildren; two great grandchildren; and beloved friend, Mark Pritchett.
Pallbearers were Mark Pritchett, Steve Downs, Joseph Ferguson, Cody Meadows, Richard Harris and Gary Culpepper.
