An Eva man is in custody after a Thursday incident.  

Just after 6 a.m. Dec. 2, Morgan County deputies were dispatched to a disturbance call involving an individual breaking into a residence on James Fowler Road in Eva.  

Upon arrival, deputies located an individual who was attempting to flee the area on foot and took him into custody. 

Deputies arrested Eric Dwain Fowler, 50, of Eva, charging him with public intoxication, attempting to elude and domestic violence, third degree 

Additionally, investigators obtained a felony warrant for burglary, second degree–residence with force and a $150,000 bond because of pending domestic violence charges from previous incidents.  

Total bond $150,900.
