Funeral for Tommy Scott, 45, of Fairhope will be Sat., July 18, at 11 a.m. at Peck Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Jerry Carnes officiating and Peck Funeral Home directing.

Burial will be in Center Springs Cemetery.

Visitation will be Fri., July 17, from 6 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home.

Mr. Scott died Wed., July 15, 2015, at his residence. He was born April 17, 1970, in Mississippi. He was a graduate of the Class of 1988 of Hartselle High School and a graduate of the University of Alabama with a degree in Business Management. He played football in high school and was awarded Most Valuable Senior Player and was an avid Alabama Fan. He was a member of the Town Creek United Methodist Church and worked in real estate as a Mortgage Broker.

He is survived by a daughter, Brittan Danielle Scott of Florence; father, Kenneth Scott (Lana) of Hartselle; mother, Bertha Woods (Jim) of Hartselle; a brother, Ken Scott (Patti) of Fishers, IN.; two sisters, Terri DeSoto of Las Vegas, NV and Karri Sykes (Nathan) of Michigan; and a half-brother, James Lawrence Scott of New York.

Pallbearers will be Matthew Abercrombie, John Goodwin, Rob Smith, Bobby Smith, Scott Moses and Lawrence Root.
