Melba Marveline Hancock

Funeral for Melba Marveline Hancock, 78, of Decatur was Wednesday, June 18, 2008, at 11 a.m. at First Baptist Church of Hartselle with the Rev. Dr. Jeff Redmond officiating and Roselawn Funeral Home directing. Burial was in New Center Cemetery.
Mrs. Hancock died Sunday, June 15, 2008, at Sycamore Terrace in Nashville, Tenn. She was a member of First Baptist Church of Hartselle and was retired from 3M Company after several years of service.
She is survived by two sons, David Hancock of Los Angeles, Calif. and Steve Hancock and wife Vickie of Nashville, Tenn.; two sisters, Joyce Blackburn of Tuscaloosa and Rebecca Gulley of Hartselle; a brother, Kenneth Floyd of Hartselle; and two grandchildren, Tanner Hancock and Tyler Hope Hancock. Pallbearers were Tim Floyd, Steve Brown, James Lawrence, Bobby Gulley, Michael Floyd and Roger Hill.
