Maegan Jones, 32

 Maegan Jones is leader in Hartselle and the surrounding areas where she is known for her dedication of serving her customers, her commitment to community development and her voluntary contributions through various organizations. As a multi-million-dollar producer and successful professional in the real estate industry, she recently accepted the opportunity to serve as the Qualifying Broker for Leading Edge Real Estate – Decatur. Maegan continues to pave the way by generously sharing her knowledge and opportunities with those around her and she is excited to continue making significant strides in the local market and North Alabama.  

In addition to her role in the business world, Maegan is deeply involved in community affairs. She serves as the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Hartselle Area Chamber of Commerce, where she actively plays a role in shaping the local business landscape. Furthermore, her commitment to the betterment of the community is evident through her involvement in the Hartselle for Tomorrow Foundation where she currently serves as a Director for the Foundation’s Board and will begin serving as the Chairman for the Foundation Board on May 1. Maegan also currently serves as an integral member of the steering committee for the City of Hartselle’s comprehensive plan through 2040, where her insights and expertise are invaluable in shaping the city’s growth and development strategies. Maegan believes in intentionally building authentic relationships and actively engaging in initiatives that are aimed at sustaining and enhancing the local community. 

Maegan’s educational background is equally impressive with an associate degree in Business Administration and a bachelor’s degree in Acquisition & Contract Management. Her academic achievements have contributed to her success in the professional realm, enabling her to excel in her career and make significant contributions to the organizations she serves. 

On a personal note, Maegan is happily married to her best friend, Justin, who is a Sergeant with the Alabama State Troopers. Together, they are proud parents to four beautiful girls. Justin and Maegan own and operate Empire Chimney Solutions, a successful chimney sweep and repair business. Their family values are reflected in their active involvement in their local church, Hartselle First Assembly of God.  

 Maegan was voted the Best of the Best Realtor through the Hartselle Enquirer for 2022 and 2023, has received numerous awards including the 2022 Pinnacle of Excellence Award through her previous brokerage, and was ranked in the top 1.5% of Real Estate Professionals in the United States through RealTrends for 2023. Of all of the awards she could ever receive though, her deep-rooted satisfaction is found in being a supportive and loving wife and mom.  

 

Maegan and Justin share a blended family and together have four daughters – Gracie is a freshmen and majorette at Troy University, Millie Kate is a freshman at Hartselle High School and cheers as a teammate on the JV cheer squad, Paetyn is a third grader at F.E. Burleson and enjoys archery and environmental club, and their youngest daughter Allie attends Pre-K at F.E. Burleson and enjoys crafting, swimming, and riding her bike and scooter.
