Hartselle’s Tad Sivley signs with Martin Methodist
Hartselle’s Tad Sivley signed with Martin Methodist on Tuesday afternoon. He committed to the RedHawks and coach Dugan Lyne on April 9th.
Sivley was a key part of the Tigers’ success during the 2019-20 season. He averaged 14.5 points, 7.6 rebounds, and 3.6 assists per game. He helped lead Hartselle to the Northwest Regional for the first time since 2003.
Hartselle basketball coach Faron Key said earlier this year that Tad is a unique player with a terrific skill set for his size that made him a nightmare for opponents.
Martin Methodist is a member of the National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics (NAIA). They play in the Mid-South Conference.
Sivley plans to major in education and psychology.
