Funeral for Shelia Drain, 63, of Decatur will be Sat., Oct. 15, at 3 p.m. at Peck Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Tony Willis officiating and Peck Funeral Home directing.

Burial will be in Cedar Creek Cemetery. Visitation will be Sat., Oct. 15, from 1 to 3 p.m. at the
funeral home.
Miss Drain died Wed., Oct. 12, 2016, at Decatur Morgan Hospital. She was born April 21, 1953, in Morgan County to James H. Drain and Rosie Henry. She was preceded in death by her parents; and  one brother, James H. Drain, Jr. Miss Drain loved God, her family and her church family, especially her Sunday School class. She was a graduate of Judson College and received her Master’s Degree from the University of Alabama. She was employed in the mental health field for many years, working all over the United States.
She is survived by two sisters, Elizabeth Drain McRae (Garland) and Sherry Drain McDaniel (Frank) of Hartselle, five nieces, DeDe Wilson, Natalie Van Wagner, (Scott), Angie Renick, (Mike), Patricia McRae and Brandi McClendon, (David); a nephew, Mike McDaniel (Amanda); grand nieces and nephews, MacKenzie Wilson, Heather Van Wagner, Molly Van Wagner, Isabella McRae, Kaiden McClendon, Lily Cotton McDaniel, Zack Wilson and Rylan McClendon.
Pallbearers will be Charles Roberts, Vern Long, Edward Jones, Tommy Hardin, Ronnie Jameson.
Honorary pallbearers will be church family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial donations be made to Calvary Dream Center at 312 8th St SW, Decatur, AL. 35601.
