Thank you, concerned citizen

Dear Editor:

Earlier this year I made a New Years resolution to say thank you to some groups of people for what they do every day. The groups include our service members in the Armed Forces, law enforcement, firefighters and our other public workers. So far, I have given quite a few of these individuals a smile for saying thank you.

Now I have to say thank you to a certain individual, but I do not know their name. This outstanding individual has done his or her duty to prevent someone from stealing something from me. This great citizen noticed that my water hose reel was sitting in plain sight and did his or her civic duty by putting my water hose reel where it would not be stolen. To this individual, thank you.

To this great individual, one of the wheels has a slow leak. I have an inner tube for this tire. If you will let me know, I will be glad to give you the inner tube.
