Get up and moving with Zumba fitness class

The Community Education Program at Wallace State Community College in Hanceville will offer Zumba Fitness classes on campus this fall. Zumba is a Latin-inspired dance fitness program incorporating interval and resistance training to burn calories.  Zumba is currently being taught in more than 60,000 locations in 105 countries. Certified Zumba instructor Erin Trammell will lead the classes, which will be offered on Tuesdays and Thursdays.  Trammell is a first grade teacher at Hayden Primary School in Blount County and has lost 96 pounds since January with Zumba Fitness and a healthy diet.
Classes will be taught for one hour, twice a week.  Zumba Class  Series 1 will meet Tuesdays and Thursdays, Sept. 14-Oct. 26, from 6-7 p.m.  Zumba Class Series 2 will meet Tuesdays and Thursdays, Oct. 28-Dec. 16, from 6-7 p.m.  The cost for each series is $104.00
