4-H’ers win awards at county Roundup events

Local residents were the winners in various contests held at the Morgan County 4-H Roundup. The event was held April 28 at Sparkman Civic Center with more than 90 participants in 19 different categoeies..
The 100th anniversary of 4H in Alabama was celebrated with a cake and punch for Roundup participants and 4-H alumni. A presentation was made to recognize 4-H alumni and record books and ribbons dating back to 1949 were on display.
