Funeral for Lillie Burgess McClellan, 91, of Mt. Clemens, Mich. was Tuesday, August 12, at 11 a.m. at Hartselle Heritage Funeral Home Chapel with the Revs. David Gamble and Jimmy Legg officiating.
Burial was in Andrews Chapel Cemetery.
Mrs. McClellan died Saturday, Aug. 9, 2008, at Martha T. Berry Medical Care Center in Mt. Clemens, Mich. She was preceded in death by her husband, Charlie McClellan, her parents, six brothers, Roy Burgess, Coy Burgess, Willie Burgess, Ruby Burgess, Claudie Burgess and Pascal Burgess and a sister, Maudie Tapscott.
She is survived by three daughters, Margie Dickerson of Grand Haven, Mich., Jo Bryant of Cookville, Tenn, and Geri Snell and husband Bob of Clinton Township, Mich.; a brother, Paul Burgess of Hartselle; and a sister, Opal Legg of Hartselle.
Pallbearers were Steve Legg, Jerry Tapscott, Paul Wayne Tapscott, Jimmy Legg, Heath Legg, Ronald McClellan, Roland Burgess, Marion Burgess and Chris Burgess.
