Funeral for J. C. Collins, 75, of Somerville was Saturday, June 23, at 1 p.m. at Peck Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Steve Smith officiating.
Burial was in New Salem Cemetery.
Mr. Collins died Thursday, June 21, 2007, at Falkville Health Care Center. He was born January 20, 1932, in Morgan County to Samuel Walter Collins and Dollie Mabel Johnson Collins. He was a Baptist. He is survived by two sons, Walter Collins of Falkville and Mark Collins of Somerville; a daughter, Cynthia Collins of Huntsville; and two grandchildren, Billy and April Collins.
