A graveside service for infant Charles Stewart Carroll of Chalybeate Springs was Friday, April 14, at 11 a.m. at East Lawrence Baby Memorial Gardens with Bro. Steve Agee officiating and Parkway Funeral Home directing.
Charles Stewart died Tuesday, April 11, 2006, at Parkway Medical Center. He was born April 11, 2006, to Jeremy and Katie Carroll. He was preceded in death by his great-great grandfather, Charles Wesley Hardwick Stewart of Hartselle; great grandfathers, Marcus Carroll and Alford Looney, both of Chalybeate Springs; and great grandparents, Carl T. Walker Sr. and wife Carolyn of Huntsville.
He is survived by his parents, two sisters, Anna Elisabeth Carroll and Carly Whitten Carroll of Chalybeate Springs; his grandparents, Dennis and Delores Carroll of Chalybeate Springs, Anne P. Walker of Hartselle and Carl T. Walker Jr. and wife Delaina of Fultondale; an aunt, Stewart Walker of Hartselle; two uncles, Devlon Carroll and wife Cinda of Chalybeate Springs and John David Blackwood of Hartselle; great-grandmothers, Ruth Carroll and Vernell Terry, both of Chalybeate Springs; great grandparents, Betty Jane and Paul Prince of Hartselle; and great-great grandmother, Hettie Stewart of Hartselle
Pallbearers were Devlon Carroll and Jimmy Anderson.
