Say "I Love You" with sweet treats
Nothing says "I love you" more than preparing Valentine's Day treats for family and friends. This year Valentine's Day falls on a Friday, which gives everyone a three-day weekend to celebrate and prepare special foods.
It is easy to set the mood with a few simple details that say Valentine's Day is here. A lace tablecloth, some pretty pink or red napkins, candles and fresh flowers – all create the feeling of romance.
With love radiating from the oven, here are three recipes that will be sure to put a smile in someone's heart.

Cool to room temperature. Whip remaining cup of cream with sugar and vanilla or other extract until fluffy with soft peaks. Gently fold into cooled chocolate until well blended.
2. Pour into individual parfait glasses or cups and chill at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.
3. Before serving, decorate each dessert cup with a dollop of whipped cream and one or two unwrapped Chocolate Hearts.
