Funeral for Vera Wallace Dobbs, 94, of Hartselle was Friday, Oct. 18, at 11 a.m. at Peck Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. David Parker officiating.
Burial was in Herring Cemetery.
Mrs. Dobbs died Wednesday, Oct. 16, 2002, at Summerford Nursing Home in Falkville. A native of Morgan County, she was a member of McKendree United Methodist Church. She was the widow of Terry Dobbs.
She is survived by one son, Frank W. Dobbs of Danville; one daughter, Peggy D. Durand of Hartselle; two sisters, Dorothy Wallace Allen of Hartselle and Elizabeth Wallace Smith of Jacksonville, Fla.; seven grandchildren; 10 great grandchildren; and eight great great grandchildren.
Pallbearers were Russell Durand, Jonathon Durand, Weston Shelton, William Partlow, Darrell Shelton, William T. Dobb and Michael Durand.
