The bride wore her grandmother Edith’s wedding dress. The dress is fashioned of Chantilly lace over a very full underskirt of tulle ruffles worn over a hoop-tiered skirt. Both bodice and overskirt are of lace, featuring a Sabrina neckline and three quarter overskirt hem in scallops. The scallops continue into the sleeves from back and front at the neckline, joined at their centers to form an open work pattern down to the tapering points. Clusters of underskirts are accented by a similar cluster at the waistline in the back.
