A graveside service for Wanda Gail Freeman, 63, of Decatur will be Mon., April 23, at 5 p.m. at Cedar Springs Cemetery in Somerville with the Rev. Chuck Oden officiating and Peck Funeral Home directing.

Visitation will be Mon., April 23, from 3 to 5 p.m. at the funeral home.

Miss Freeman died Sat., April 21, 2012, at Decatur General Hospital. She was born Nov. 16, 1948, in Madison County to Harold L. Freeman and Lizzie B. Short Freeman. She was preceded in death by her parents and a brother, Roger Freeman.

She is survived by a brother, Robert Freeman and wife Phyllis of Somerville; two sisters, Mary James and husband Ed of Somerville and Carolyn Grimes of Hartselle; and several nephews and nieces.

The family thanks the staff at River City Care & Rehabilitation for taking care of their loved one. Special thanks are extended to Dana Bailey, administrator, and Dr. Chandler.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made to your favorite charity.
