Alferd ‘Mojo’ Romager

Funeral for Alferd “Mojo” Romager, 70, of Hartselle was Monday, Apr. 2, at 11 a.m. at Peck Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Walter Blackmon officiating.
Burial was in Burningtree Memorial Gardens.
Mr. Romager died Saturday, Mar. 31, 2007, at his residence. He was born May 14, 1936, in Bibb County to Teddy Roosevelt Romager and Adell Allen Romager. Her was a member of East Highland Baptist Church and was preceded in death by his wife, Geraldine Romager, a daughter, Linda Safley, and a brother, Dewey “Hasty” Romager.
He is survived by a son, Kenneth E. Romager and wife Angie of Hartselle; a daughter, Pam Johnson and husband Robby of Decatur; three sisters, Ann White of Florence and Brenda Harris and Betty Rose, both of South Carolina; six grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
Pallbearers were Darrell Harris, Jerry Kyker, Danny Yocom, Alan Hall, Jim Hall and Wayne Holloway.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Hospice of the Valley.
