Funeral for Mamie Fullilove Collum Sherrill, 86, of Falkville was Sunday, Mar. 4, at 2 p.m. at Peck Funeral Home Chapel with the Revs. Tim Dubberly and Bobby Collum officiating.
Burial was in Bell Springs Cemetery.
Mrs. Sherrill died Thursday, Mar. 1, 2007, at her residence. She was born November 14, 1920, in Cullman County to William F. Fullilove and Luvenia Williams Fullilove. She was a homemaker and a member of Bell Springs Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husbands, W. G. Collum and Russell Sherrill, a brother, L.N. Fullilove, and two grandchildren, Alicia Creel and William C. Collum.
She is survived by a son, Bobby Collum and wife Mary Ann of Vinemont; two daughters, Patsy Creel and husband Jerry of Hartselle and Diane Clark and husband Buddy of Vinemont; three sisters, Arrie Parrish of Muscle Shoals, Christine Triner and husband Allan of Hartselle and Bonnie Hassell and husband William of Birmingham; eight grandchildren, Annette Gingrich and husband Bo, Richard Creel and wife Melissa, Mona Cook and husband Rod, Brian Creel, Talitha Lay and husband Lance, Bonita Hutchinson and husband Michael, Bonnie Morris and husband Roy and Benson Clark and wife Valarie; and 12 great grandchildren.
The family would like toe express their gratefulness to the Lifecare Hospice team for their wonderful, compassionate care of Mrs. Sherrill.
Memorials to be made to Lifecare Hospice of Cullman County.
