Funeral for Joe Wallace, 55, of Hartselle was Saturday, Jan. 13, at 1 p.m. at Peck Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Chuck Oden officiating.
Burial was in Hartselle Memory Gardens.
Mr. Wallace died Thursday, Jan. 11, 2007, at Decatur General Hospital. He was born March 10, 1951, in Morgan County to James Lloyd Wallace and Janie Wallace. He was a member of Victory Baptist Church in Hartselle.
He is survived by a son, Chip Wallace of Harvest; a daughter, Christy Heaps of Brookwood; his mother, Janie Wallace of Hartselle; two brothers, Johnie Wallace of Decatur and James Lloyd Wallace Jr. of Tuscaloosa; two sisters, Janet Woods of Falkville and Joyce Kirkpatrick of Hartselle; and two grandchildren.
Pallbearers were John Blackwood, Jeremy Blackwood, Dale Maples, Tony Heaps, Jim Wallace and Chip Wallace.
