Reeves named partner at CPA firm

Lynn H. Reeves has been named as a partner of Wear, Howell, Strickland, Quinn &Law CPAs.
She joined the Decatur firm in 1998 after 14 years experience in the industry. She is a graduate of Auburn University and for the last eight years has been working in public accounting, where she has developed expertise in small business and individual tax work as well as experience in non-profits.
Her experience also involves consulting with churches on various accounting matters. She is married to Mike Reeves and resides in Hartselle. They have three children, Mary Virginia Reeves, David Reeves and Jackson Reeves, who attend the Hartselle City Schools.
Reeves is an active member of First Baptist Church in Hartselle where she teaches Sunday School and is chairman of the finance committee. She is also a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Alabama Society of Certified Public Accountants. Currently, she is the vice president of the Wheeler Basin Chapter of CPA’s and the financial reporter for the Hartselle Athletic Booster Club.
