Funeral for Mattie Mae Segars, 91, of Hartselle will be Fri., Feb. 17, at 3 p.m. at Peck Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Jack M. Redfearn officiating.

Visitation will be Thur., Feb. 16, from 6 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home.

Burial will be in Hartselle Memory Gardens.

Mrs. Segars died Wed., Feb. 15, 2012 at Summerford Nursing Home. She was born Feb. 25, 1920, in Morgan County to Andrew Turner and Katherine Montgomery Turner. Mrs. Segars was retired from Hartselle High School as a cafeteria worker. She was a member of West Hartselle Baptist Church and was preceded in death by her husband, Carl Segars, and her parents.

She is survived by a daughter, Ruby Terry of Hartselle; a sister, Eldies Henry of Falkville; four surviving grandchildren, Connie Williams, Debbie Hittle, Carl Martin and Quinn Martin; nine great-grandchildren; and 12 great-great-grandchildren.

Pallbearers will be Frank Hittle, Ronnie Williams, Danny Nesmith, Joshua Blankenship, Carl Martin and Zack Martin.
