Funeral for Larry Robert Brown, 57, of Danville was Wednesday, May 17, at 1 p.m. at Peck Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Jack Bailey and Stephen Brown officiating.
Burial was in Johnson Chapel Cemetery.
Mr. Brown died Monday, May 15, 2006, at his residence. He was born June 17, 1948, in Morgan County to Robert E. Brown Jr. and Nell Terrell Brown. He was a Decatur fireman for 18 years and a member of Johnson Chapel United Methodist Church. He was preceded in death by a son, Jason Lowery.
He is survived by his wife, Doris Lowery Brown of Danville; a son, Jody Lee Brown and wife Heather of Danville; a granddaughter, Crystal Brown of Danville; his parents, Robert E Jr. and Nell Terrell Brown of Decatur; a brother, Stephen L. Brown and wife Paula of Gardendale; four sisters, Linda Roden of Decatur, Sharon Self and husband Gary, Donna Morris and husband Billy and Deborah Landers, all of Hartselle; and nieces and nephews. Pallbearers were nephews.
