Senior Circle offers array of July events

Looking for something fun to do this summer? If you're a senior citizen, then Senior Circle may be the place for you.
Hartselle Senior Circle has a wide variety of activities planned for the summer, including swimming, diabetic testing, a Social Security update and a poolside picnic.

Thursday, July 7: Walking at 7 a.m., first floor of Hartselle Medical Center; exercise at 8 a.m. at Pleasant Place; swimming lessons at 2:30 p.m. and aerobics at 3:30 p.m.; and diabetic testing at 9 a.m. at Pleasant Place.
Monday, July 11: Walking at 7 a.m., first floor of Hartselle Medical Center; exercise at 8 a.m. at Pleasant Place; swimming lessons at 2:30 p.m. and aerobics at 3:30 p.m.; bridge at HMC cafeteria at 1 p.m.; and the Cancer Support Group meets at Pleasant Place at 7 p.m.
Tuesday, July 12: Walking at 7 a.m., first floor of Hartselle Medical Center; exercise at 8 a.m. at Pleasant Place; swimming lessons at 2:30 p.m. and aerobics at 3:30 p.m.; breakfast at HMC cafeteria at 7:30 a.m.; and a Social Security update presentation at Pleasant Place at 9 a.m.
Thursday, July 14: Walking at 7 a.m., first floor of Hartselle Medical Center; exercise at 8 a.m. at Pleasant Place; swimming lessons at 2:30 p.m., aerobics at 3:30 p.m.; and the Diabetes Support Group meets at Pleasant Place at 1:30 p.m.
Monday, July 18: Walking at 7 a.m., first floor of Hartselle Medical Center; exercise at 8 a.m. at Pleasant Place; swimming lessons at 2:30 p.m., aerobics at 3:30 p.m.; and bridge at HMC cafeteria at 1 p.m.

Monday, July 25: Walking at 7 a.m., first floor of Hartselle Medical Center; exercise at 8 a.m. at Pleasant Place; swimming lessons at 2:30 p.m., aerobics at 3:30 p.m. and bridge at HMC cafeteria at 1 p.m.
Tuesday, July 26: Walking at 7 a.m., first floor of Hartselle Medical Center; exercise at 8 a.m. at Pleasant Place; swimming lessons at 2:30 p.m. and aerobics at 3:30 p.m.
Thursday, July 28: Walking at 7 a.m., first floor of Hartselle Medical Center; exercise at 8 a.m. at Pleasant Place; swimming lessons at 2:30 p.m. and aerobics at 3:30 p.m.
Friday, July 29: A poolside picnic will be held at the home of Advisor Kathy White Goodwin at 11 a.m. with barbecue and beverages provided.
