Funeral for Gary Alan Hardy, 45, of Decatur was Tuesday, May 31, at 2 p.m. at Hartselle Heritage Funeral Home Chapel with the Revs. Carl Maynard and Randy Davis officiating.
Mr. Hardy died Friday, May 27, 2005, at Decatur General Hospital. He was a member of Oak Park Church of God in Decatur.
Mr. Hardy is survived by two sons, Nicholas Hardy of Cherry Point, N.C. and Gary A. Hardy II of Jacksonville, N.C.; his parents, Horace and Elizabeth Hardy of Hartselle; three brothers, Charles Edward Hardy of Toney, Terry Wayne Hardy of Decatur and Kenneth Eugene Hardy of Eufaula; two sisters, Marie Antoinette Austin of Decatur and Linda Diane Tate of Hartselle.
Memorials may be made to Hospice of the Valley or the American Cancer Society.
