Funeral for Doris Ann Smith Fowler, 69, of Brunswick, Ohio, was Tuesday, Dec. 28, at 11 a.m. at Carlson Funeral Home in Brunswick, Ohio.
Burial was in Eastlawn Memory Gardens in Brunswick.
Mrs. Fowler died Sunday, Dec. 26, 2004, at Medina General Hospital. She attended Priceville School, was a homemaker and seamstress. She was preceded in death by her father, C. Wesley Smith, Sr.
She is survived by her husband, Joe V. Fowler of Brunswick, Ohio; her mother, Lassie Smith of Hartselle; one daughter, Sheila Pack of Medina, Ohio; one son, Terry Fowler and wife Angie of Brunswick, Ohio; two brothers, Wesley Smith, Jr. and wife Ilene and Larry Smith and wife Rita, all of Somerville; three sisters, Carolyn Slaten and husband Burl of Brooksville and Judy Fowler and husband Thomas and Melissa Burnthall and husband Paul, all of Somerville; grandsons, Jeremy Galvin and wife Christina and Bradley Fowler; granddaughter, Mandi Galvin; and sister-in-law, Wilda Garner and husband Eugene of Hartselle
