Dawson, Spencer to wed June 12
Phil and Rhonda Dawson of Iuka, Miss., announce the engagement of their daughter, Amber Gail Dawson of Birmingham, to Jason Glen Spencer of Birmingham, son of Glen and Brenda Spencer of Hartselle.
The bride-elect is a graduate of Tishomingo High School and is currently attending McWhorter School of Pharmacy at Samford University.
She is the granddaughter of Trell and Shirley Nunley and Peggy Thompson, all of Iuka, Miss., and the late Wendel Dawson.
The groom-elect is a graduate of Hartselle High School and is currently attending McWhorter School of Pharmacy at Samford University. He is the grandson of Larry and Peggy Parr of Hartselle and the late Joseph and Lillian Spencer.
The wedding will be held June 12 at 2 p.m. at Reid Chapel at Samford University.
