Mayor earns league honors
Mayor Clif Knight recently earned the distinction of achieving 40 credit hours in the Advanced Elected Officials Training Program offered by the Alabama League of Municipalities. He will be honored at the league's ceremony this summer.
Knight earned Certified Municipal Official status in 2002.
Puppet show set for Dec. 22
A holiday puppet show, hosted by Hartselle High School students, will be held Monday, Dec. 22, at 4 p.m. at Hartselle Public Library. The event is free and open to the public. For more information, call 773-9880.
