Funeral for Lena E. Lindsey, 79, of Falkville was Wednesday, Nov. 12, at 1:30 p.m. at Peck Funeral Home Chapel with the Revs. Jim Weaver and Robert Morgan officiating.
Burial was in Oden Ridge Cemetery in Eva.
Ms. Lindsey died Sunday, Nov. 9, 2003, in Huntsville Hospital. She was born November 26, 1923, in Morgan County to Judson Lindsey and Emma Lindsey. She was a member of the Central Baptist Church in Huntsville. She was the daughter of the late Judson Lindsey and the sister of the late Demetrus Lindsey, Wade Lindsey, Verlon Lindsey and Authur Lindsey. She worked as a secretary at Redstone Arsenal.
She is survived by her mother, Emma Lindsey of Falkville, two brothers, Ermord R. Lindsey of Eva and "Bill" Lindsey of Falkville; one sister, Ella Dean Bousquet of Danielson, Conn.; and a host of nieces and nephews.
