Goldman finishes 7th overall in 6A cross-country state championships

Hartselle eighth grader Grace Goldman finished 7th in her first 6A AHSAA cross country state championships this past weekend at Oakville Indian Mounds Park. She finished with a time of 18:33 in her race, which was her season best.
Her finish led the Lady Tigers to a 9th-place finish out of 24 teams.
Freshman Gabriella Goldman finished 61st, while fellow freshman Emily Davis finished 74th. Senior Elena Johnston came in 83rd. There were over 240 runners in the race.
