The Fifth Annual Cinderella Ball, presented by Scott Stadthagen, State Representative District 9, was held at Burningtree Country Club Feb. 18-19. Over the past five years, this special event has grown from approximately 40 to 400 in attendance, requiring an additional evening added this year to accommodate each princess and her escort. More than 200 young girls and their escorts dined Friday and Saturday evening on a delectable buffet, complete with a chocolate fountain; were chauffeured in a horse-drawn carriage; and danced the night away with Cinderella herself. Lead-outs were emceed by Maegan Jones, MarMac Real Estate broker and Realtor, and décor was provided by Kathy Summerford of It’s Your Day Florist. Table sponsors included Mutual of Omaha Mortgage, Redstone Federal Credit Union and The Hulgan Company. The venue was sponsored by Burningtree Country Club.
