Funeral for Mildred Avis Blevins Roberts, 90, of Hartselle, was Sunday, June 22, at 1:30 p.m. at Peck Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Harold Thompson officiating.
Burial was in Roselawn Cemetery.
Mrs. Roberts died Friday, June 20, 2003, at Hartselle Medical Center.
She was born Nov. 23, 1912, in Morgan County to James E. Blevins and Fannie Fowler Blevins. She was a member of the First United Methodist Church. She was the widow of Roy P. Roberts, the mother of the late James M. Roberts and the sister of the late William B. Blevins.
She is survived by one son, Roy P. Roberts, Jr. of Madison; one daughter, Winnie Fay Burns of Hartselle; 14 grandchildren; 22 great grandchildren; and two great-great grandchildren.
Pallbearers were Kenneth Roberts, Stanley Roberts, Barry Roberts, Bob Blevins, Jerrold Couey and Anthony Weisner.
Memorials may be made to the First United Methodist Church Building Fund of Hartselle.
