Shining Stars plan masquerade ball

The Hartselle Shining Stars will hold a masquerade ball for those with special needs Oct. 18.
The ball will include music, karaoke, a costume contest and more. The event is free for individuals with special needs, but registration is required.
Participants are welcome to wear a costume for the event, but it is not required. Parents and immediate family may also attend.
